Your satisfaction is very important to us. We are confident in the quality of our products, but for any reason you don't like it, simply return it in its original condition within 30 days of receiving it. A full refund will be issued once we receive your return. For customized items, if it is not our mistake, we will not accept a return.

If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.

All returns must have an RMA # (Return Merchandise Authorization). These can be obtained through customer services at info@onebiotechsolutions.com or 813-992-6638.

1. Item must be shipped with all original packaging included and are subject to a restocking fee.
2. Pristine, re-sellable items returned between 30 days with original packaging will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
3. Items without original packaging cannot be returned after 30 days.
4. No returns can be accepted after 30 days.
5. OBS cannot accept the return of any item that has been marked or damaged.

Please Note: Return shipping costs to send the product back to One Biotech Solutions (OBS) is the responsibility of the customer unless an error was made by OBS (TYSPAR LLC Unit). Additionally, if items are damaged in transit, no refund will be issued, and all damage claims must be taken up with the freight carrier.

 Shipping
 

We ship to anywhere in the United States. All products ordered online will be shipped out in general within 2-3 business days and in some cases shipping date (like customized products / special requests) will be provided in the ETA.

When you place an order online, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page. Estimates are not guaranteed.

Please also note that the shipping rates might vary for many items we sell are overnight/regular 2-3 BD or weight-based.

To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

Warranty:

In general, the Manufacturer’s warranty will be there and mostly applicable.
